The Coronavirus Crisis and Our Community: A Personal Letter from Jack Fitzgerald to Our Customers

To My Valued Customers, 

The health and safety of our customers, our associates, and the communities we serve are of paramount importance to me. To that end, I want to share with you the following steps our organization has taken to ensure that every Fitzgerald location is a safe and healthy place to visit. 

Because the virus spreads from person to person, last month we instituted a paid liberal leave policy so every associate who felt sick could go to the doctor and stay home until symptom free. This is over and above our normal sick pay coverage. 

We are actively following the cleaning and sanitizing guidelines set forth by the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily. This includes doors, door knobs, desktops, counter tops, keyboards, phones and more. 

I consider every single customer and associate to be part of The Fitzgerald Family. We are all in this together, and together we'll get through it. We promise to do our best to keep our locations a safe and healthy place for you to visit.
